Laura was born and raised in Newark, DE but has lived all over the map playing professionally and coaching collegiately. She graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Health and Exercise Science and continued her athletic pursuits on the U.S. Women's National Field Hockey Team for 3 years. She continued her field hockey career as an Assistant Coach at Cornell University and Stanford University, where she worked closely with the strength and conditioning coaches. Recently, she moved from Colorado and began her fitness-focused career as a coach at F45. With her experience as a professional athlete and coach, Laura is passionate about helping others with their form and technique to help them become stronger and more functional. While coaching at Stanford, Laura decided to try rugby and is now a professional 7s rugby player during the summers. In her free time, she loves to be out on trails hiking, singing karaoke with her friends, cooking, and starting but never finishing various art projects.
