Small-Group Training consists of Build & Blast, two different types of strength workouts. With a maximum of 10 participants per workout, Small-Group provides a more individualized approach with a group feel.
Our Build program utilizes functional exercises and focuses on learning big compound lifts. These movements do a great job at doing a great deal of work quickly. We will learn to squat, deadlift, push and pull with a goal of not only getting stronger, but staying healthy at the same time. Through training and practice, you’ll realize it’s not about doing more than the next person, it is about doing it better and easier.
Our Blast program is a little more uptempo and while still focuses on strength, also gets your heart rate up a little creating a metabolic effect. Through functional upper body exercises and a lot of single leg exercises you will get stronger and improve your movement and cardiovascular capacity at the same time.
Both Build & Blast workouts are perfect for beginners and can be modified for injuries.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
